In honor of International Women’s Day and in support of the “Day Without A Woman” strike, Finger Lakes ReUse will be donating 20% of our retail sales from both ReUse Centers on Wednesday, March 8th to The Community Foundation’s Women’s Fund.
The Community Foundation’s Women’s Fund has been active since 2004 and serves to improve the quality of life for women in Tompkins County by providing grants to support local projects that improve the status and quality of life for all women.
Each purchase at our ReUse Centers keeps items out of the waste stream while supporting community, economy and environment through our programs, such as the eCenter, ReSET, and ReUse Community Fund.
