How can I support this program?
Every dollar donated to the ReUse Community Fund in support of ReMAP is matched in-kind by us at Finger Lakes ReUse, doubling the impact of your donation.
The ReUse Materials Access Program is made possible by gifts from community members like you. Our ReUse Community Fund is a restricted fund that supports this program, contributing 50% of the cost of each store credit given to a local household in need through this program. The other 50% is donated in-kind by Finger Lakes ReUse, meaning each dollar you donate makes double the impact in someone’s life.
Funding for this project is generously provided by the NYS Environmental Protection Fund, as administered by a grant from the New York State DEC Environmental Justice Community Impact Grant Program, as well as the Friendship Fund, and generous individual donors.
To make a gift to support this program directly, go to our donate page and let us know you’d like 100% of your gift to go toward this program.

Thanks for your amazing work in the community and congratulations on your growth and expansion over the last decade. Look forward to resuming in-person support after we’re all vaccinated!!
If it weren’t for the reuse center and this gift card I wouldn’t have been able to make my first apartment a home.
I am on a fixed income and I was very grateful to receive help in getting furniture for my new apartment.
Receiving a gift card is another kind of feeling while you were in need. It was fabulous, with it, I bought most of the items that I needed. I, from bottom of my heart, appreciate the Reuse Center for gifting me the gift card.
[This Gift Card] Allowed us to get some of the items [we] really needed that we didn’t have money to get if it wasn’t for the gift card.
Excellent. Came in handy and right on time. I received credit to buy my son’s clothes and some learning things like alphabet foams.I was also able to buy a computer desk and chair for a really good price.
