This documentary short explores the systemic community impact of Finger Lakes ReUse in Tompkins County — moving beyond powerful and effective waste diversion to examine the human engine driving the mission. From workforce development, apprenticeships, and the ReMAP program to environmental sustainability, the film highlights how redefined waste creates equity, dignity, and a deep sense of community belonging.
